THIS ROLE:
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team at Mercy Anderson Health Hospital in Cincinnati, OH as we continue to expand out presence. Multiple openings currently available. 6 General anesthesiologists, 2 CV Docs; Call and workload is split equitably amongst the team of 6 general anesthesiologists!
Gen docs dont take CV call and CV docs dont take Gen call
6 ORs, 1 OB, 4 MAASC/GI rooms, 1-2 CV rooms -- total 12-13 rooms/day
6 Gen MDs, 3 supervising, 2 CV docs, 1-2 CV rooms daily
Docs take OR 1st call, do own cases on call

$675K base +
Quality Incentives & Sign-on 2/yr $50K or 3/yr $75K
