Job Description Louisville, KY - Full Time - Hours: Monday -
Friday 8 am - 5 pm - Employed - Average Patients seen: Average
patient census is 10-12 - Sign-On Bonus - Compensation: - Base
salary plus bonuses with earning potential up to $300,000- Provider
incentive bonus is performance based not RBU or fee for service -

- You will work assignments involving moderately complex issues
where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation
of variable factors. - EMR: eClinical WorksQualifications:- 1 year
of experience required- VA license- Family or Internal Medicine
trained- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization
focused on continuously improving consumer experiences-
Spanish/English Bilingual preferred
