physicians.Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am-5:00pm, no
weekendsCollaborate with a seasoned team that includes Advanced
Practitioners and a dedicated Care TeamFocus on quality care as you
see 12-15 patients per day, with the opportunity to spend more time
with each individualBenefit from longer appointments lasting 45
minutes, ensuring comprehensive patient careBe a leader and an
active participant in daily huddles, contributing your medical
expertise to the Care TeamQualifications:Hold a Doctor of Medicine
or Osteopathic Medicine degreeBe board certified or board eligible
in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal MedicinePossess
a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment
(or be willing to obtain one)Maintain a current, unrestricted DEA
licensePreferred Qualifications:Preferably, have two to five years
of directly applicable experienceShowcase expertise in managing a
Medicare Advantage panel of patients within a value-based
coordinated care environmentDemonstrate knowledge of Medicare
guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality indicatorsAdditional
