Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner
(NP) to join the Cardiothoracic Surgery team in Lexington, KY. This
is a PRN role providing coverage while the facility actively
recruits for a full-time provider. The ideal candidate will have
strong procedural skills and be comfortable in both inpatient and
OR settings. Position Details: Schedule: 1–2 call days/week 1
weekend/month Hours: 7 AM – 7 PM Start Date: As soon as
credentialed Setting: Inpatient / OR FTE: PRN EMR: Epic Support
Staff: None – working directly with surgeons Duties: Surgical CT
assistance Vein harvesting Chest tube placement ?? Requirements:
Active KY NP License (or ability to obtain one) – Required Board
Certification – Required ACLS & BLS – Required Clean malpractice
history – Preferred Availability clearly stated at time of
submission – Highly Preferred Requirements ?? Requirements: Active
KY NP License (or ability to obtain one) – Required Board
Certification – Required ACLS & BLS – Required Clean malpractice
history – Preferred Availability clearly stated at time of
submission – Highly Preferred Credentialing: Timeline: 90–110 days
