seeking a local contract nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a local
contract nursing job in Louisville, Kentucky. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date:
03/08/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12
hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Local Rate Must
reside 75 miles from facility for travel rate NAH-5th Floor , 5E/5W
Cardiac Tele/Mixed Acuity (NAH) , 59 beds total , Ratio: 4–6:1 ,
EPIC , Galaxy Blue (not provided) , Fast-paced cardiac focus , RN
reads tele, titrates , Dx: cath, stress test , Meds: milrinone,
dobutamine, heparin, amio , Equip: dynamaps, tele monitors. Shift:
645p-715a, every other weekend Required: BLS, NIH, 2 years RN
experience, KY license at submission, Epic experience, tele
