Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop
individualized treatment plans. Design, implement, and oversee
evidence-based ABA programs. Supervise and provide ongoing
training, support, and feedback to RBTs and other team members.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and
adjust programming as needed. Provide parent and caregiver training
to support skill development and generalization across settings.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans,
and progress reports. Uphold BACB ethical standards and ensure
compliance with organizational, insurance, and legal requirements.
Stay current with professional development and best practices in
Applied Behavior Analysis. Promote a positive, collaborative, and
supportive environment for clients, families, and staff.
Qualifications: Formally credentialed with the Behavior Analyst
Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Valid
driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (must
be willing to transport clients when needed) Pass background checks
and drug screenings Availability during the day and/or early
evening, weekend availability is a plus Consistent attendance and
punctuality Compassionate nature High level of enthusiasm and
energy Empathy and integrity Efficient time management skills
