working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Lexington, Kentucky, 40508! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night Hours
per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in specialty
License: Compact or State License required Certifications: ACLS,
BLS Must-Have: - Med-surg experience - Ability to float within the
hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby Description: This
position requires experience in telemetry nursing. Candidates must
possess ACLS and BLS certifications. Local travelers within a
specified radius are not accepted. Floating to different units
within the facility is required. Candidates will work primarily
with adult and geriatric patients. Patient diagnoses include CHF,
COPD, Diabetes, spinal abscesses, and cirrhosis. Strong skills in
telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias are essential.
Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory
services, and pharmacy. Compliance requirements include EKG
onboarding, medication/pharmacology exams, and specialty competency
tests. Previous charge experience and familiarity with charting
systems are preferred. References are required as part of the
