contract nursing job in Louisville, Kentucky. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date:
04/05/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12
hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Local Rate Must
reside 75 miles from facility for travel rate NH-5ACJK , 5A–5H
Med-Surg/PCU Mix (NHD) , 9–14 beds/unit , Ratio: 4–5:1 , EPIC ,
Galaxy Blue (not provided) , Mixed acuity, helpful peers , RN reads
tele, titrates limited meds (e.g., heparin) , Dx: general med/surg
, Skills: EKG, trach, PCA, wound vac, feeding tubes (as needed).
