Surgical Tech Location: Louisville, KY Agency: Lancesoft Inc. Pay: $1,220 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/26/2026 About the Position Shift: Type: Night Shift Days: Saturday – Monday (3 days/week) Hours: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (12.5 hours per shift) Total Hours/Week: 36 hours Key Responsibilities: Assist surgeons during procedures Prepare and handle surgical instruments and equipment Maintain aseptic technique and count instruments/sponges/sharps Respond to urgent or emergency situations Requirements Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech experience Skills: Aseptic technique Surgical instrumentation handling Surgical equipment preparation Problem-solving in surgical settings Medical terminology knowledge Ability to respond to urgent/emergency situations Knowledge of the metric system Education Required: High School Diploma or GED Certifications & Licenses Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) CST (Certified Surgical Technologist)
