What We're Looking For in a Primary Care Physician

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics

• Holds or is eligible for an unrestricted Ohio medical license

• BLS or ACLS certification

• DEA registration (or eligibility)
