Starting Pay: $10 hour + tipsPosition will offer a SIGN-ON BONUS of $200 total with $100 after 30 days and $100 after 90 days!

Position Summary:As a Bartender, you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks, as well as serving beer and other beverages, and completing transactions.
You will be expected to help guests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Shift to include Evenings, Weekends & Holidays. Must be able to work Weekends.Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all time
  • Makes sure bar is clean before and at the end of shift according to operational policies and standards to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Completes necessary side-work as per schedule, this includes stocking and organizing all liquor, juices, glassware, paper, wines, cut fruit, etc.Qualifications:TIPS CertificationBartending experience preferredBenefits:We offer competitive wages and benefits with most of them starting in the first 60-90 days of employment:
