Prefer someone in the KY/IN areas or willing to relocate there.Must have a Pulp/Paper or Water Treatment Manufacturing background.DescriptionSafetyLead and manage safety for the districtEnsure team members are completing proactive safety measures such as Safe Work Permits and Behavior Based Safety ObservationsIdentify opportunities for safety improvementsUtilize safety discussions to prevent complacencySales OperationsSafely meet and ideally exceed business plan for Revenue, Gross Profit and Operating ProfitManage cost budgetEnsure value is being delivered and documented to customersProvide sales forecasts for revenue and gross profitWork with sales team to maintain a realistic sales funnelEstablish and maintain high level customer relationships at key accountsUtilize customer feedback to improve the customer experienceMaintain our Brand on customer and internal documentationTeam DevelopmentCoach and Lead Area Managers for productive team coaching and developmentUtilize our resources such as TREK to build competencies / skill sets in direct reports and indirect reportsWork with Area Managers to properly resource accounts and accommodate new business opportunitiesOpen lines of communications and forums for team members to communicate/collaborate about sales targets and opportunitiesVision for the FutureUtilize Business Development Managers and Sales Managers to strategically prospect and grow new businessContinuously work to develop the sales and service teamEstablish and execute a 3-5 year growth plan for the district and modify as needed.QualificationsB.S. (Engineering or Science preferred) or equivalent experience5-10 years of sales experience and experience leading sales and service professionalsProven record of delivering results
