CSR/Receptionist

This position is in a call center environment, office environment for a well-established health care organization in the area. This position is for someone seeking a career in the healthcare field and if you are someone who is eager to learn and start a career, this job might be for you!

Location= Louisville, KY 40202

Shift Hours= First shift M-F 8 am- 5 pm, Temp to hire Full Time

Pay= $17/hour USD

CSR/Receptionist Duties:

Enter patient information, including insurance, accurately into system
Interview patients in a professional manner while maintaining excellent customer service
Assign appropriate insurance payor plan codes to ensure billing is correct
Make sure patient forms are filled out correctly and completed
Other duties as assigned
