resolving customer technical cable and video service issues,
including repair, billing, and accounts.

the Internet/Voice Representatives role?It's about building

for the Internet/Voice Representative are:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- High School Diploma or GEDPreferred qualifications:
- 6 months or more of customer service or related experience
- 6 months or more of basic technical support experience
- 6 months or more heavy volume phone experience
- 6 months or more experience working with computers and multiple
