What We’re Looking For 2 years of experience as a Fine Dining or Polished Restaurant Manager. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a strong team. A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building community. Strong business acumen with a focus on operational excellence and profitability. Hands-on leadership style — willing to jump in wherever needed. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
