As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the first impression a guest as they take their bbq journey ! This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a genuine, hospitable attitude. Duties & Responsibilities: ? Provide model customer service, manage guest complaints, and ensure satisfaction. ? Communicate effectively with both Front and Back of House teams. ? Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas; stock and organize supplies. ? Complete daily opening, mid-shift, and closing duties. Qualifications: ? Strong customer service skills and communication. ? Ability to answer questions and make menu recommendations. ? Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service guidelines is a plus ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands: ? Stand, bend, and move throughout shifts. ? Lift and carry up to 40 lbs; work in noisy and occasionally hot Shift: ? Morning ? Day ? Evening Experience: ? Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred) Other: ? $17-20 per hour (inclusive of tips) ? Fleixibilty Schedule
