RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Scrum Master in Louisville, KY. Summary: The Scrum Master coordinates an agile development team and ensures all activities use the principles of the Scrum Framework. The Scrum Master work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Scrum Master leads sprints and tracks progress via stand-up meetings. This resource understands department and organizational strategy and makes decisions on work methods with minimal direction.Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's degree* Experience with the SDLC (less than 5 years)* Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence* Experience working in an Agile Scrum or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies* Experience in working in multi-team environment* Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred Qualifications: * Scrum Master Certification* Prior insurance operations background* Technical documentation abilities* Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodology* Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools* Previous experience in planning and managing large projects* Prior experience in the health solutions industry* Working experience with IT teamsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
