Job Description:
Johnson Controls is seeking a highly motivated Installation
Coordinator to join our Project Management team within the
Construction sector. This position is instrumental in facilitating
the successful installation of state-of-the-art smart building
technologies. Leveraging our reputation in innovation and
commitment to sustainability and security, the Installation
Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are
executed efficiently, thereby enhancing our global leadership in
smart building solutions. Coordinate and schedule the installation
of building systems including HVAC, security, and fire protection.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field
technicians to ensure timely project delivery in accordance with
client specifications and contractual obligations. Manage logistics
and resource allocation effectively to avoid delays and maximize
productivity. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide
updates and gather feedback to improve service delivery. Maintain
compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout the
installation process. Document all phases of the installation
process and ensure all project documentation is complete and
accurate. Resolve any installation issues promptly to ensure
customer satisfaction and project continuity. Proficiency in
project management software and tools Excellent organizational and
coordination skills Strong communication and interpersonal
abilities Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and
blueprints Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Certified
Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management
Professional (PMP) preferred. Relevant technical certifications
related to building technologies or systems installation.
