Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Building Efficiency Systems Technician (BEST) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will utilize state-of-the-art technologies to enhance building systems' efficiency, sustainability, and security. You will be directly involved in the implementation and maintenance of HVAC systems, contributing to Johnson Controls' commitment to transforming environments through smart solutions. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to improve building efficiency and functionality. Collaborate with engineers and architects to integrate building technologies effectively. Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal operations. Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Provide detailed documentation and system assessments. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. High proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for system management. Excellent project management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
