Job Description:

Andy Frain Services seeks a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee and enhance our security operations. This role demands a proactive approach in managing our diverse security personnel and ensuring the highest standards of safety at various client locations, specializing in aviation and event security. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating security activities, and maintaining effective communication with clients to meet their specific security needs. Direct and oversee daily operations of security personnel. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures. Ensure compliance with all security regulations and privacy laws. Manage staff scheduling to ensure full coverage at all times. Conduct regular training sessions with security staff. Prepare daily reports and incident reports as necessary. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders when required. Perform periodic evaluations of security measures and staff performance. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in security management and conflict resolution Adept in risk assessment and emergency response planning Ability to operate security technologies and software Certified Protection Professional (CPP) - ASIS preferred First Aid and CPR certifications State security officer license required
