Job Description Job Description Top Job Located in Baldwin, WI Salary: $20.83 - $32.47/hr DOE Pay: $20.83 - $32.47/hr Schedule: 12-hr Day Shift - 2,2,3 Rotation - 7:00am - 7:30pm 12-hr Night Shift - 2,2,3 Rotation - 7:00pm - 7:30am Weekend Nights (F-Sun - 7:00pm - 7:30am) Type: Industrial/Manufacturing Location: Baldwin, WI General Summary: Express Employment Professionals of River Falls is currently recruiting for a Baldwin, WI company who is looking to add Process Technicians to their team! This client is looking for individuals with an automotive background who have experience using an impact gun/wrench. This individual may have gained their experience as an automotive hobbyist or professional automotive technician ! The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft applications. Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors: Using precise processes and tools to set-up molds in a variety of machines. Without your high standards in setting up our molds, our machines won't run correctly or efficiently. Using our software to view job requirements, print work orders, and view the production schedule. Learning the molding cycle to the points where it's memorized. Following and applying all safety rules. We want you to be safe! Troubleshooting basic equipment failures. Performing Water Main Shutoff and Electrical Power Down/Power Up procedures when needed. Performing preventive maintenance on the molds. Preparing equipment for upcoming work orders. Responding to machine alarms in a timely manner. Reporting any irregularities (such as high scrap rates) to the Team Lead or Lead Tech. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Automotive experience (hobbyist or professional). First Responder trained and certified (preferred). Previous plastics manufacturing experience is desired. Basic communication and mathematical skills. Ability to understand a variety of instructions whether oral, written diagrams or visual samples to process acceptable finished goods and WIP product. Employee is required to sit, stand, walk, bend and occasionally lift or move up to fifty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. This position requires frequent fast paced and repetitive motion. Physical Requirements: Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Fingering, Grasping, Feeling, Talking, and Hearing.
