skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in the restoration
industry, particularly in areas such as asbestos abatement, mold
remediation, fire restoration, and water damage restoration. This
role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to lead projects
while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality
control. Key Responsibilities Execute restoration projects
including asbestos abatement, mold, fire, and water damage. Operate
power and hand tools safely and efficiently. Inspect damaged areas
to assess conditions and select proper restoration methods.
Maintain clean, organized work sites and equipment. Collaborate
with team members to meet project goals and deadlines. Train and
mentor junior technicians on restoration best practices.
Communicate project updates and next steps to clients. Ability to
commute to Louisville, KY 40299 Experience 2 years restoration
experience (preferred) Proficient in asbestos abatement and safety
compliance. Skilled in mold, fire, and water damage restoration.
Experienced with restoration tools, equipment, and techniques.
Strong on-site problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communicator with clients and team members. Familiar with
