Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a globally recognized nonprofit organization dedicated to relief, development, and peace initiatives, is seeking an experienced Offset Press Operator to join our dynamic Print Media team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain offset printing presses, which are crucial in the production of high-quality printed materials that support our mission and communications efforts. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing work that aligns with MCC's values of community and service. Set up and operate offset printing presses according to specifications. Monitor the quality of the print runs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure high-quality output. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on presses to ensure continuous operations. Collaborate with the print media team to meet production schedules and project specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety and health policies. Record and maintain accurate production data and inventory levels. Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot offset printing presses. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow complex instructions and adhere to safety protocols. Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform maintenance tasks.
