need for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
at our North American headquarters in Louisville,

Reporting to the Vice President of FP&A for North
America, the Director of FP&A will p rovide financial
leadership and oversight to the North American procurement
organization, with the goal of improving overall financial
performance. The role will act as a financial business partner to
the Central Procurement Office (CPO), responsible for management
reporting, data analytics, decision support, KPI
development/tracking, and planning. The individual will work in a
collaborative manner to support the CPO metals, hedging, energy,
MRO, capital, logistics and recycling programs. Key activities of
the role will focus on the financial effectiveness of the business
partner activities, performance measurement, and financial
analysis. This role will have 1-2 direct reports supporting the
business partner relationships.
Responsibilities Essential Functions
Provide financial leadership and oversight as a financial
business partner to the organization.
Support the strategic planning effort of the CPO team and
Lead business process analytical activities, reporting,
communications, and KPI tracking/reporting.
Develop and direct the gathering, analysis, understanding and
documentation of data trends, with the goal of providing relevant,
timely, clear and concise interpretation of information in support
of the business decision process.
Direct and support the monthly management reporting
Direct the annual operating budget and monthly forecast
collaboratively with CPO and business unit stakeholders.
Develop and maintain KPIs to ensure achievement of committed
Direct the analysis aspect of hedging activities to support

Qualifications Education and Experience :
BS in Accounting/Finance/ Business Management required, MBA
5+ years’ experience within manufacturing industry
Skills and Abilities :
Metals and Hedging experience preferred
Strong knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems, SAP preferred
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial
