Talis Group's client company works in partnership with their clients to efficiently implement and handle waste management and recycling programs. They are hiring an Accounts Payable/ Receivables Clerk to support their Louisville office. This position is full time and offers a full benefits package. Job Requirements:Highlighted Duties:* Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.* Verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.* Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.* Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.* Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.* Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.* Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.Highlighted Requirements:* Previous Accounts Payable and Receivables experience; preferably from a construction, engineering, logistics or similar type of industry.* Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills desired).* Attention to detail, organization skills, and team player personality desired.* Professional references, assessments and criminal background check required.Never worked with a recruiting company before?
