RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Product Owner in Louisville, KY. Summary: The Product Owner will be aligning the plans and strategies of the Business Technology Leadership (BTL) organization and the related line of business (LOB) into an execution roadmap, and then uses that roadmap to shape the related project portfolio and to guide the resources assigned to that portfolio. The consultant will ensure that the projects within a portfolio are achieving strategic and tactical objectives while balancing priorities, deadlines, and resources at a high level. Finally, the resource will communicate status and results to the BTL organization and to related line-of-business partners. This consultant will be expected to build relationships with partners and maintains clear, consistent lines of communication. The value of this role is measured by how well the resource demonstrates and promotes the value of IT to their respective partners and to the organization. This position provides alignment to the business regarding transparency, expectations, timing, and the value of services and solutions to the business. Responsibilities: * Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors* Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results* Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise* Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel* Build and maintain positive relationships with aligned partners, Solution Engineering leaders, and other key stakeholders* Identify, manage, and escalate issues to the appropriate parties, delivering to partner expectations* Maintain awareness of IT services and support the BTL in identifying opportunities to align services with business needsJob Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
