Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting Dayton Freight customers with a variety of inquires including freight pickup requests, rate quotes or freight charges, hot shipments, shipment tracing and appointments or special requests.Assist the Service Center ManagerTake and deliver messages for the Service Center Manager and Account ManagersProvide assistance to DriversPrepare bills of lading and delivery receiptsMaintain excellent communication with external and internal customers as well as interline companiesMay be asked to assist with:PayrollData entryFreight reportsDriver collect reportsBilling and fillingSkillful in Microsoft Office ProgramsExcellent keyboarding skillsHas worked in a fast paced environment and has excellent attention to detailExperience with handling a high volume of phone callsExceptional communication and customer service skillsStable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payQuick advancementCustomized training programProfessional, positive and people-centered work environmentModern facilitiesCSR, Customer Service, family, culture, LTL, transportation, customer oriented, part time, PT, part-time Associated topics: call, call center, customer, customer order, customer service representative, help desk, service call, service representative, telephone, trouble resolution
