The Data and Reporting Professional generates ad hoc reports and
regular datasets or report information for end-users using system
tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. The Data
and Reporting Professional 2 work assignments are varied and
frequently require interpretation and independent determination of
the appropriate courses of action.
* Works with the Clinical Team and integrates data from multiple
sources to produce requested or required data elements. * Programs
and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards,
data generators, canned reports and other end-user information
portals or resources. * Creates specifications for reports based on
business requests. * Assists with project coordination, guiding and
recording progress of cross-functional teams in planning, preparing
and submitting reports to internal and external stakeholders. *
Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and
operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. *
Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in
ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives
guidance where needed.
* Associate's Degree * 3-5 years of technical experience in data
reporting, analytics and project management. * Comprehensive
knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel,
Access and PowerPoint. * In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel
including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs. * Experience
creating automated reports and self-service tools. * Proficiency
pulling data from multiple systems and using that data to determine
and drive trends and create reporting. * Prior experience working
in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment preferred
* Excellent organizational skills. * Must have a separate room with
a locked door that can be used as a home office to ensure you have
absolute and continuous privacy while you work. * Must provide a
high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and
Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum
standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x
1mbs upload) is required.
* Bachelor's Degree. * Experience in SQL, SAS, QlikView and
Tableau. * Experience in Medicaid managed care or health care
