The Marketing Manager thinks strategically and end-to-end using data and insights to develop, manage and improve omni-channel engagement communications. Experience with marketing automation technology is a must. This role works as a true change agent, developing engagement strategies and directing content development, optimization, and personalization, including measurement plans and continuous improvement.

The candidate is a digital marketing engagement leader who can demonstrate success in developing omni-channel engagement plans and working collaboratively with colleagues across the enterprise. An influential personality, proven ability to develop and tell stories, and demonstrated results in developing and executing marketing campaigns through end-to-end customer journeys fuel this roles success. The candidate needs to be organized, comfortable moving quickly, great at juggling priorities, results-driven, and passionate about continuous improvement.

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

* Developing omni-channel marketing strategies based on business priorities, customer insights, and industry trends. * Developing strategic roadmaps and competitive benchmark assessments. * Working with business partners and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration to create business cases and ensure the deployment of solutions that engage target populations * Communicating complex subjects effectively to non-technical audiences * Developing and presenting stories. Gaining alignment around short- and long-term engagement strategies for customers. * Proactively identifying opportunities and responding with insight-driven solutions. * Efficiently translating data and insights into recommendations. * Guiding, managing, executing, maintaining, and leading the evolution of ongoing engagement strategies.

Qualifications

* Requires BA/BS degree; 5+ years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Managed care experience preferred. * Requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills. * Requires understanding and experience using digital campaign automation technology.
