The Sales Account Manager sells KIOSK products and solutions to established customers while working to expand in those customer accounts for future products and services. The Sales Account Manager must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate has a track record of responsive support on projects and managing customers needs during the existing order and future orders. Must have a strong team work mentality working directly with the Sales Director, and Sales Account Executives at KIOSK. This individual must be open to hunt and close new business accounts which are product focused or future business that fits the needs of KIOSK. Responsibilities: Pro-active "Farmer' sales approach, focusing on Existing Accounts and Opportunities for the Sales Organization. Maintain and build business relationships with existing clients. Accountable for identifying new business opportunities, new verticals, industry trends, best in class tradeshows, and competitive analysis to keep KIOSK on the leading edge, and retain customers for years to come. Attend industry applicable tradeshows, events and outings to stay in front of clients and industry changes. Work collaboratively with the Sales team to assist in contract negotiations and closing existing & new business, in addition focusing on service contracts and renewals for many existing accounts. Building out plans for second generation Kiosk projects with top tier customers for long term success. Qualifications: 2+ years of Kiosk industry selling experience. Experience handling existing business opportunities and delivering on closing these opportunities. Demonstrated ability to be the "face of the company' and effectively build new relationships, while maintaining existing client relationships Negotiation experience with business contracts and future customer orders. Experience with prior CRM systems, ideally Salesforce Travel required for customer visits, tradeshows, & industry conferences, etc. Travel: Domestic travel to visit customers and vendors up to 50%. May be occasional international travel required. Physical: Must be able to sit / stand at a desk for 8 hours Must be able to travel by car and airplane Starting Salary - Base salary + Commission Mix. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
