This role can be located in Nashville, TN, Louisville, KY,
Cincinnati, OH, or Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for the staffing and training of all employees of
the Truck Teams. This person is then responsible for the overall
management of the Mobile Distribution Truck Teams. This is a direct
sales, strategy and execution management position with additional
responsibilities for Truck associated customer care activities.
This person will define market strategy, work cross-functionally to
align on tactics and also ensure the proper execution of the sales
and revenue plans. They will be responsible for the proper
operation of the Trucks to include compliance with all company
policies and procedures.
High School Diploma/GED

4-7 years business and management experience in sales and
Ensure that all Truck store locations and operation meet the
company's requirements and are opened as per the business plan.
Ensure that the Truck stores are staffed and trained to the
approved levels to meet customer traffic demands.This requires
skills in recruiting, selection, hiring, and training.
Be the sales leader for this channel. This includes meeting and
exceeding overall sales objectives, proper forecasting and ensuring
that the resources are available to meet these goals. Must partner
and communicate with Community Engagement Team to ensure sales
activity is scheduled and provide a post mortum on activity.
Define strategic plans for the trucks within a given market, in
combination with market leadership. Collaborate with Community
Engagement and Local Marketing teams to ensure events and activity
is aligned to defined strategy; provide input and feedback to
ensure activity is achieving business objectives.
Provide financial/management reporting as designed to support
company requirements. Develop Truck store forecasts and budgets as
required. Manage T&E, payroll, truck OPEX budgets and work
cross functionally with Community Engagement to ensure forecasted
targets are met through event activity.
Provide management, oversight, direction, and motivation to
Truck store staff/management to build a cohesive, positive team
