Job Description

Family & Children's Place has a full-time opening for the key position of Senior Vice President of Programs. The Senior VP of Programs is a member of the agency senior management team and contributes to the overall development, direction, and management of the organization.

The position oversees all client services through leadership of the licensed and certified program directors, and works collaboratively to support high performance client success services that are timely and effective. The Senior VP of Programs helps develop new and innovative services and programs; provides support and guidance to program directors with specific programmatic, logistical, and compliance needs and promotes program staff leadership development.

The Senior VP of Programs will oversee and manage program budgets, clinically focused agency policies, program contracts, and is responsible for adherence to program and HIPAA compliance as well as performance management; will monitor identified metrics for program responsiveness/achievement, including accreditation requirements.

This position also extends into the community, participating in initiatives congruent with FCP's mission. The position requires someone who can span micro to macro level practice developing collaboration and alliances with other community entities. In all responsibilities, they will support the agency's equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts as well as our trauma-informed services and policies.

Requirements

While we prefer a master's degree in social work, psychology or related field and five years of progressively responsible positions in a direct human service, management and /or administration role, a Bachelor's degree in related field with at least eight years of experience working with families and children, of which three years must be at the management level is acceptable.
