Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and four or more years of related experience. Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements. Grade EF Salary minimum $47,476

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat as well as MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Position Description

Reporting to the Director, Brown Cancer Center Director and Associate Vice President for Health Affairs. Applicant will be responsible for liaising with the overall administrative functions of Support Services which includes and not limited to assist the Director in day-to-day operations and special project management, analysis, and coordination, will be responsible for coordinating media, governmental and donor relations with the appropriate offices and reporting on sponsored faculty productivity in terms of publications, grant funding and national presentations. This position will work closely with the Director and the three Deputy Directors to implement strategies to ensure that the overall mission of the Brown Cancer Center to reduce cancer-related suffering and deaths is the primary drive and focus of Support Services, sponsored faculty, philanthropic efforts, government affairs and media events.
