The Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting and Reporting works

will be directly responsible for supporting the monthly close and
This role owns the end-to-end process for preparing, analyzing
and reporting the Companys Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows.
The Senior Accountant will have the opportunity to learn all
aspects of the Companys financial operations so they can fully
understand cash vs non-cash activities and to ensure cash
activities are properly classified. The role works closely with
business partners who are on the frontlines of the Companys most
unique and visible transactions, including key financing activities
and all investment and divestiture initiatives.
This position supports the close to report cycle by booking
journal entries, preparing and reviewing reconciliations,
preforming general ledger analysis and owning the preparation of
various reporting deliverables required by management.
The Senior Accountant works with several departments across the
organization and the individual should have the ability to develop
strong interpersonal relationships and to effectively communicate
with internal stakeholders.
Lead preparation of Consolidated Statement of Cash Flow
Responsible for preparing and/or reviewing aspects of internal
reporting for executive leadership Responsible for G&A review
and reporting, including assisting with key budget to actual
reporting initiatives Analyze and review corporate asset and
liability accounts Assist with oversight of bank reconciliation
process and review Assist with held for sale and disc ops
accounting Monitor and review staff accountants work Assist with
support and review of SEC filings Assist with other special
projects as needed Prepare ad hoc analyses as called upon by
management Involved in business administration of reporting
software, particularly maintenance of cash flow automation
Significant interaction with other areas of the company Exposure to
Chief Accounting Officer / Controller
B.S in Accounting, CPA is preferred 4 5 years relevant corporate
and/or public accounting experience Cash flow preparation and
analysis experience will be prioritized Ability to manage multiple
time sensitive priorities concurrently.
Independent problem solver with strong analytical and critical
thinking skills Strong knowledge of US GAAP Working knowledge of
G/L and financial reporting systems Any experience with YARDI,
Longview, Workiva Wdesk, Nexus and Concur are pluses
