Services provided include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, strategic financial planning, analytics, investor relations support as well as working alongside business unit leaders to help them achieve their financial goals. The candidate will be an influential business partner, providing solid business judgment, strong controllership, and the capability to drive a fast-paced organization to the right results with a focused and pragmatic approach to the business. The Senior Financial Analyst must be able to work effectively within a matrixed organization and demonstrate the ability to influence and interact with various levels of the organization. Responsibilities: Drives financial and capital budgeting/forecasting processes to produce accurate, achievable plans and forecasts that align with business s strategic objectives Participates in capital project development including review and presentation of business case to Executive and Senior Leadership Performing deep dive analysis requiring financial modeling to develop recommendations and impact the decision making of senior leadership Develops integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations Develop metrics to monitor the performance against strategic objectives Creates and delivers enhanced management reports/dashboards to better understand performance and trends and to effectively measure business performance against strategic priorities Provides meaningful, actionable insights on trends and the anticipated future financial performance Performs profitability and cost management analyses Identifies market trends and developments in competitive environments Conducts scenario and margin analysis Partners with the Accounting to support reporting requirements Supports M&A activities as needed Supports Investor Relations activities as needed Supports internal change initiatives to drive continuous improvement of organizational efficiency and effectiveness Play a key role in designing, implementing, supporting, and extending the use of financial planning and data visualization tools Analyzes, prioritizes, and synthesizes all types of information on a timely and consistent basis Understands and clarifies purpose and end use of analyses in an efficient manner Other duties as assignedRequired Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Quantitative or related field (Master s degree preferred) 7+ years experience in finance with financial forecasting and analytic modeling Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word), particularly Excel Working Environment and Conditions: Must be able to climb, maintain body equilibrium, reach, grasp, bend and walk/stand/sit for extended periods of time Must be able to hear and see naturally or with correction Ability to work under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written Sustain interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor and trust, both internally and externally Maintain company information in a confidential manner Travel required up to 10% including overnight stays; some periods of heavier travel may be necessary for special projects and seasonal programs This position requires a flexible work schedule with ability to work beyond a normal 8-5 schedule; night and/or weekends may be required Associated topics: analyze, business analyst, investment analyst, investment analytics, investment banking, law, monitor, refine, refinement, valuation analyst
