SummaryAbout the Position: This position is with Department of Army, Expeditionary Civilian Workforce, at Fort Knox, KY. Learn more about this agency Responsibilities Provide functional and technical expertise to the development and execution of the Army-wide civilian personnel mobilization and deployment program. Develop, and advise on, the implementation of policies and procedures to support the integration of civilian employees into the total Army force during contingency operations and other emergencies. Assist in the staffing of the Army Operation Center during mobilizations and other emergencies. Assist in the development of civilian personnel, mobilization automation support. Conduct, and/or participate in, discussions/negotiations with legal, senior military, civilian executives, and mobilizations planners in Army, DOD and other agencies to gain understanding/acceptance of integrating civilians into the total Army force.
