Assistant Store Supervisor

BidFTA is looking to hire an experienced Auction Pick-Up Center
(APC) Assistant Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of retail,
restaurant, or other (in-person) customer service experience. We
are looking for someone who enjoys and has experience managing a
team and working with customers. We're a fast paced but casual work

The APC Assistant Supervisor is responsible for the daily APC
operations. This role requires a strong leader who will be hands-on
with the day-to-day operations, but also helps to drive the overall
company strategy. You'll need to build and maintain relationships
with managers, hourly employees, carrier partners, vendors, and
various departments in the company. Most importantly, you'll need
to provide exceptional customer service. Successful store
supervisors are highly motivated to drive improvements every single

Efficiently use and manage our operating systems and processes.

Fast paced work flow.

Starting pay $15 - $17/hr
High School diploma or GED plus at least 1 year experience in a
warehouse or retail setting.
An excellent safety record is required.

Proficiency in math skills of addition, subtraction,
multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
Requires experience and reasonable proficiency with computer
Strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision-making
Strong leadership, verbal & written communication, organizational,
interpersonal, and customer service skills.
8 to 10-hour days between 8 am and 6:30 pm five days a week are the
standard, with on-call responsibility 24/7/365.
Our stores are often in warehouse settings and may not be climate
controlled, so you will need to dress for the season.
