The Trust Administration Client Service Specialist position is the first point of contact for clients and is pivotal in maintaining client relationships. The successful candidate will be a conscientious, meticulous, professional capable of providing outstanding client support with a proactive and consultative approach.
Primary Duties of the Trust Client Service Specialist include:
Providing administrative support to the Trust Administrative Officer, including organization and prioritization of documents and files, calendar management - coordination of meetings and conference calls, and timely preparation of any required materials.
Serving as the initial contact for clients and beneficiaries. Making regular client calls and/or visits ensuring client expectations are met.
Completing financial transactions on the client's behalf within Trust Client Service Specialist authority and directing client questions to the appropriate party for response.
Executing the administrative functions associated with opening, closing and transferring of assets for client accounts.
Performing research and other related projects as requested by the Trust Administrative Officer.
Providing general office support as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-year Associate degree required; 4-year Bachelors' Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience providing client and administrative support.
Experience with a legal or financial organization desired; previous experience in Trust Administration preferred.
Experience managing relationships with high profile clients.
Demonstrated ability using the Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Salesforce experience a plus.
Job Requirements / Working Conditions
Ability to accurately manage a large volume of complex tasks and meet required deadlines of the company and its clients.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, beneficiaries and affiliated parties.
Ability to maintain a high level of concentration with frequent time pressures and constant interruptions.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time within an indoor office environment around general office equipment, including computer and work stations.
This position may occasionally require working non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends to complete an assignment within the necessary time frame.
