Physical Requirements Sitting or standing for extended periods of
time at a computer work station; performing repetitive motion
tasks; regular job-related travel; effectively communicating with
individuals from diverse backgrounds and varied professional

Shift Monday - Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm flexible as job requires
Job Summary Work and travel for this position located in the
Louisville, KY area.This position will provide on-site technical
assistance to Supports for Community Living agencies to improve the
quality of services provided to waiver participants; Serve as the
primary point of contact for assigned providers; Assist with
certification reviews and utilization/billing reviews when needed;
Monitor Plan of Correction implementation; Conduct follow-up for
complaints and complete investigations as assigned; Work
collaboratively within a team structure; Complete required
documentation.
This position will advance the mission and strategic plan of the
Human Development Institute ( HDI ) through research, education and
outreach. This position will contribute to a workplace in which
individual differences are recognized, appreciated, respected and
responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person's
talents and strengths.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience Driver's license preferred.
Preferred experience with Medicaid Waivers for individuals with
intellectual or developmental disabilities.
