Description: Louisville Tile is seeking a an experienced Salesforce Administrator to help us continuously improve and enhance our Salesforce platform. This is a full time M - F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ON-SITE position. Applicants must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check.   • Annual Incentive PlanPosition Summary As Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role at Louisville Tile. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.The position has no supervisory responsibilities and authority. The following are the responsibilities and governs your activities over indirect reports: --- Model and mentor, the culture of Louisville Tile. --- Communication cadence to deliver updates on projects being worked together. Engage in actions to support the mission, goals, and vision of department success. Solicit feedback from team to foster growth and success as a team and individually. Requirements:
    • Effectively communicates across the organization, including upward, across and throughout the organizational chart with professionalism and respect.
    • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service to users and outside vendor contacts, with strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills --- Anticipates potential roadblocks to address concerns in advance of issues creating future problems --- Demonstrated ability to manage projects to budget with attention to detail and ability to audit your own work --- Strong ability in problem identification and solutioning; shows vision and creativity in recommendations and resolutions. Able to work in collaboration with a group or independently to move initiatives along. --- Thrives in a fast paced and dynamic work environment, displaying the ability to multi-task and achieve deadlines utilizing appropriate corporate resources. Is agile to adapt to changing processes and technology --- Works flexible schedule to meet the needs of the customer or business, as IT projects and issues are performed or occur during off hours, with moderate travel for branch support, business related meetings, events, and opportunities --- Is proficient in Excel, Word, and other technological programs required to execute the position --- Business Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce initiatives and activities Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: --- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules --- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports --- Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge --- Sandbox environment management --- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience --- Identify unused or underutilized platform features --- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders --- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders --- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed --- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer --- User support tickets --- Monitor and improve user adoptionQualifications
      • Strong Salesforce product knowledge with Salesforce Administration hands-on experience
      • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder --- Proficiency with Microsoft products including Windows, and Office applications, including Excel --- Database experience in any product such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle or DB2.PI191401394
