Job Title: File Prep/Resolution Coordinator
Job Type: Administrative Region/District: 22/13
* The position is responsible for handling incoming post entry
requests, preparing paperwork for Analyst processing, photo copying
of documents and scanning/mailing of Customs documents.
* Prepare the post entry file for processing; includes, assembly of
packets for CBP, pulling all documents from Imaging, creating the
file and running liquidation queries
* Mailing of post entry packets and customer invoices
* Maintaining ongoing relationships, providing support and
resolving problems. Monitoring Duty Refund Account process for all
CHB operating systems. Completes billing revisions for multiple
systems. Provides support to customers as needed.
* Ensure PE claims are submitted for proper approval, monitor
departmental reports to ensure timely submission of PE claims to
CBP, using ABI queries to determine next plan of action. Monitoring
* Logging of data elements into the Post Entry Management System
and audit post entry claims to ensure accuracy of information
submitted to CBP, generate reports, close issues, send PE claims to
next level for approval as necessary
* Communication with CBP and Brokerage personnel on a daily
* Monitoring of CBP decisions/responses
* Coordinate correction notices for billing invoices and forwarding
of approvals in the Post Entry Management Systems for F&A

Representatives Position supports administrative functions of the
Post Entry team.
Required Skills: Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Courtesy plus training is desirable. Ability to work in a close
team setting. . Maximum of 4 occurrences within a 6 month period.
Most recent JPA score must be fully acceptable.
Additional Skills: Brokerage knowledge preferred. Preferred
knowledge of ITT, IDIS, BDIS, and BOSS. Strong organizational
skills, must be able to multi-task and make decisions regarding
Customer requests for refunds. Must be a team player and able to
assist in other areas within team when needed. Must be able to work
holidays and additional hours as needed.
Interpersonal Skills: Self starter. Highly motivated. Career
Oriented. Able to work within tight time constraints. Must be a
team player able to work in a team environment.
Work Environment: Louisville Brokerage office. The brokerage is a
business office of more than 500 employees overall, who work
multiple shifts. The operation is open 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. Staffing consists of both full and part time employees.
Brokerage is responsible for clearing international air shipments
that are entering the U.S. from foreign origin through the
respective U.S. Government agencies. Dress code is business flex
