Guest Services Representative

As a Guest Services Representative, you will support the success and growth of the store by being the first impression for all leads and first-time guests at Waxxpot, as well as the continued face of the brand for all recurring clientele. Teamwork and an upbeat personality are a must! Our culture at Waxxpot revolves around offering the best service consistent with Waxxpot standards and procedures. This is accomplished by daily hands on coaching and clear communication from your in-store leadership, as well as the corporate training team, upholding a culture that builds confidence, teamwork, guest engagement, as well as continuous development. All staff is expected to act as a reflection of the brand, exuding proper dress code, behavior, and procedures. You will help to build guest loyalty by managing incoming and outstanding leads, as well as delivering consistent, exceptional customer service to all clientele. Most importantly, all Guest Services Representatives should be driven, self-motivated, and organized, while being a passionate team player. Other responsibilities/requirements may include but are not limited to: completing daily itineraries and daily trackers, Waxxpack and product sales, daily required store cleaning, effective communication, regular staff meetings, reviews, managing appointments in Booker, and lead generation through community building. Guest Services Representatives will have daily/weekly coaching conversations with their manager, discussing individual KPI's amongst the staff and in the store overall. This job description is not intended to be all encompassing and can change at any time.

--- Responsibilities including both client facing and business side tasks:

o Building loyal clientele by providing consistent, premium customer service, as well as managing all incoming and outstanding leads

o Gaining recurring clientele by selling Waxxpot Waxxpacks

o Required to have flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requests off must be submitted for approval a minimum of 30 days in advance. Blackout dates include Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Christmas, and New Year's. Changing permanent schedule requires a completed Wufoo form with a minimum of 30 days' notice, understanding that there is no guarantee for approval.

o Culture is everything, our team works together, supports each other, and is able to bring professionalism and positivity to the salon providing a great team environment

o Must be coachable and open to continuous constructive feedback and development by in house management, as well as corporate leaders

o Must be goal driven and able to understand Key Performance Indicators measuring success and opportunities

o Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels of staffing & clientele

o Must be willing to work community events, helping to build brand recognition

o Must attend monthly staff meetings, attend required network training calls, and other occasional scheduled learning and development opportunities

o Required to work entire scheduled shift, arriving no later than 30 minutes early and only leaving early if approved/released by manager.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
