Serving the financial industry since 1959 and still growing, UBC Customer Service Representatives work with consumers to find the best financial solutions for their situation. *Job Duties: *

* Conduct friendly and professional inbound and outbound phone calls
* Inform consumers of their current account status
* Assist consumers in finding the best financial solutions
* Provide accurate record of consumer calls through account documentation

*Preferred Skills: *

* Basic computer knowledge
* Phone Etiquette
* Self-Motivated
* Goal Oriented
* Excellent Attendance
* Spanish Speaking

*Required: *

* High School Diploma
* Ability to pass a background check - clear of felonies or charges involving theft

*Hours of Operation & Location: *

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with the exception of one night from 1pm-9pm


4 day work week, 8am-6pm or 9am-7pm
