applications.Job DescriptionThe responsibility of the lamination
helper is to follow the instructions of the assistant and operator
to learn the proceeds to produce high quality laminated/printed
materials, according to the daily production schedules and client
specifications.WHAT YOU GET TO DOFollows safe operating procedures
and complies with all EHS and GPM guidelines to ensure that only
the highest safety standard is maintained.Performs tasks within
acceptable limits for quality, quantity, sanitation and timeliness
of completion, paying particular attention to prevent and eliminate
costly errorsMeets company's attendance requirements, including
timely reporting of absence and working overtime as
requestedAssists the Operator in the setup and operation of a web
fed machine to laminate or coat roll stockPrepares make-readies for
upcoming jobs (such as speedwells, solvents, cylinders, trollies,
material), as directed by the operator.Checks and monitors
viscosities regularly.Complies with all process change control
policies and procedures.Performs tasks within acceptable limits for
quality, quantity, sanitation and timeliness of completion, paying
particular attention to prevent and eliminate costly errorsFollows
instructions of Operator to maintain maximum machine efficiency and
product qualityComplies with sanitation guidelines and good
manufacturing practices (GMP) related to neatness, product
cleanliness and personal hygiene.Checks and inspects material
received from prior operations to verify accuracy and conformance
to customer's specifications. Maintains a neat and orderly work
area in accordance to 5S standards, by cleaning spills and
disposing of trash on a timely basisParticipates in on the job
training and instruction to learn other job tasksComplies with
Company policies and perform other duties as assignedWHAT WE
VALUEMust possess strong working knowledge of lamination
process.Must possess the ability to operate basic hand tools.Strong
communication skills and the ability to handle and prioritize
multiple tasks.WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU1-3 years of experience in a
manufacturing setting, preferably working as a press
helper.Responsible for producing printed material in a safe,
effective and profitable manner.The position requires an employee
to stand and walk for an extended period of time. Exposure to
moderate noise levels and potentially hazardous materials. Must be
able to lift a maximum of 55 lbs and must adhere to PPE and GMP
