Description: Exciting opportunity to be part of a team of true professionals in a growing organization where helping people succeed matters!Commercial Lines Account Executive for our AHA Insurance NetworkSIAA (Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance) is a national alliance of independent insurance agency members generating billions in new premium business annually. The foundation of the SIAA alliance is built on partnerships between SIAA, its 48 master agencies, insurance companies, and independent strategic members. SIAA is dedicated to the creation, retention, growth, and evolution of the independent insurance agency distribution system. Our AHA division is designed to assist independent insurance agents with long-term profitability and growth through mentoring and its network is now 150 members strong! The Day to DayThe Commercial Lines Account Executive position is located in Louisville, KY and only local candidates will be considered. This position requires a Property & Casual License as it will be responsible for assisting partner agencies with training and development of commercial lines knowledge underwriting, quoting and placement of commercial lines account, The right candidate must be service-minded, motivated by client satisfaction, and strive for an environment in which working together drives extraordinary results. - Coordinate New ISM CL Orientation and Follow up - Communicate efficiently and effectively with partner agencies daily by phone/email/Zoom (Teams) - Train and mentor ISMs on the standards of underwriting for profitable business - Responsible for data entry of commercial accounts into AMS (Nexsure) - Track number of submissions, policies issues, premium volume and hit ratio - Assist in preparing proposal for ISM's - Create monthly educational emails for all ISM's regarding carrier news - Coach ISM's in how to write quality business, develop niches and cultivate leads - Advise ISMs on risk management and quality control - Review submissions for all commercial accounts and coordinate with ISMs on any additional information needed to present accounts to underwriting - New account underwriting, quoting and placement - Renewal RemarketingRequirements: Experience and Education Requirements - Property and Casualty License required, industry designations a plus - Minimum 2 years' insurance sales and/or customer service preferred - Highly computer-literate, highly organized with effective time management skills and attention to detail - Professional written and verbal communication, active listening, perceptiveness and persuasion, service orientation - Facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued members and other business partnersAdditional Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to meet or exceed established sales goals, as established in annual sales plan
