Day: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm (daily OT possible
Day: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00 pm (daily OT possible)
Night: Tuesday- Friday 6:00pm - 4:30 am (daily OT possible)
Night: Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 2:00am (daily OT possible)
Night: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00 pm (daily OT possible)
Night: Monday - Friday 10:30pm - 7:00 am (daily OT possible)

Job Summary
-
Production Associates build seats and seat components for vehicles.
Production Associates cycle through an established rotation of
tasks within a workday. Other functions include but are not limited
to seat teardown, seat repair, and minor equipment maintenance and
adjustments. Employees must be able to work overtime and weekends,
as needed. -

Key Responsibilities of Production Associates
-

Meet process, quality, and time requirements of each operation.
-
Participate as a member of QOS / MPS / CI teams as required for
process improvement.
Comply with Quality, Environmental, and Material Management System
requirements.
Report issues and improvements to support the overall build
process.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in
a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and
management.
Work safely by following all company policies, reporting all unsafe
and unhealthy conditions, and reporting all accidents and injuries
in a timely manner.
Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards in
accordance with the Magna Employee Charter and the Occupational
Health & Safety Act. -
