We're ready for your next project.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hook up cables to panels
• Unhook cables from panels
• Make sure panels are set straight and level with proper dunnage placement
• Safely signal to crane operator on straightening panels while stacking
• Complete daily inspections on equipment if you're operating equipment
• Safely walk with crane as crane is moving panels and direct operator as needed
• Load panels onto trailers as directed by the shipping coordinator
• Detail panels after production to ensure panel is up to company's standards
• Stack dunnage boards that are not being used and maintain a clean work environment
• Check panels for any damage or for red tags
• Make sure dunnage is correct when loading and stacking panels
• Repair panels that are NCR's before they are shipped
• Other tasks needing completed as assigned by supervisor Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Concrete finishing and patch Other Required Qualifications:
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to read a tape measure
    • Ability to read blueprints and yard map of panels
    • abiloty to operate necessary yard equipment as needed Preferred Qualifications:
      • Heavy equipment experience
      • Concrete finishing and patchingPhysical Requirements:
        • Plant/Yard: Move minimum of 50lbs., spatial awareness/depth perception, walk, climb, bend at the waist, reach, forceful use of hand tools, vocal projection
        • Stand and walk for long periods of time Work Environment:
          • Plant/Yard: All types of weather conditions (year-round, Mid-west and Northeast), dirt/dust, noise from heavy machinery/vehicles, vibrations from machinery and vehicles, loud noises, little to no climate control, varying amounts of light, stairs, narrow walkways This is a full time position with a competitive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision and company paid benefits including: life insurance and short and long term disability.
