  • Manage all production aspects of jobs that are handed down from art directors and designers into production.
  • Responsible for final high-resolution print/production packaged files.
  • Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during proofreading.
  • Ensure files are prepared properly. Check all layout specs, including dies, bleeds, trim marks, imagery, and color profiles, to ensure the mechanical is correct.
  • Maintain and improve file management, organization process, and procedures.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency with respect to project deadlines.
  • Communicate deadlines and project updates to the Completion Team lead.
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the creative team and the printer
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is required. Or equivalent technical school certification in a digital creative program; or applicable work experience.
    • Experience as a Digital Production artist.
    • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
    • Experience in digital production, including exporting HTML5 files.
    • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Figma, and Creatopy is a plus.
    • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated, accountable individual with excellent communication follow-up, both written and verbal.
    • Must have good design sense and an understanding of branding.
