PROGRAM: Addiction Recovery Services - - - - - - - - - - - - STATUS: Full-Time

POSITION: Cook

REPORTS TO: Lead Cook

LOCATION: Liberty Place



OVERVIEW:

In conjunction with the Lead Cook, the cook will prepare meals and maintain the kitchen area.



REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in food preparation is necessary, and the ability to follow a menu is a requirement. - A high school diploma or equivalent is needed.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. - - Prepare and serve meals.

2. - - Help on special activities or occasions.

3. - - Work independently on scheduled meals.

4. - - Maintain personal hygiene.

5. - - Help maintain food service standards in compliance with regulations.

6. - - Adhere to schedule developed by head cook.

7. - - Follow directions of head cook.

8. - - Aid in completion of kitchen tasks.

9. - - Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) duties as assigned by supervision & PQI Committee.
