PROGRAM: Behavioral Health Services Programs - - - - - - - STATUS: - F-T Salaried -

POSITION: - Electronic Health Record Administrator

REPORTS TO: - Director, ARS Quality Assurance and Integration -







OVERVIEW: - -

Under general supervision, oversee the use and operations of MyEvolv-Electronic Health Records for the Behavioral Health-Addiction Recovery Services programs. Ensures the integrity of the system, trains, assists staff with the system functionalities, and serves as the primary liaison between management, users, contracted providers, and software vendors. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and accreditation bodies including KY Medicaid, and other applicable regulations related to medical records. - May perform other administrative duties as needed and/or assigned.







REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 2 years of system administrator experience in Electronic Health Information Management System, preferably in a case management software- platform. Certification as an administrator in an EHR preferred. Experience in rolling out an electronic health record platform to a workforce. This position requires demonstrated leadership experience in information technology, and advanced computer and analytical skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. - Must possess knowledge of health information and data. Highly organized, pay close attention to details, and the ability to multi task effectively. - -







RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for the overall day to day operations, support, ongoing upgrades, documentation, data quality, and user training of electronic health record- MyEvolv.

2. Leads Administrator functions to facilitate and maximize the capabilities of the electronic health record while complying with regulatory agencies and other vendor/stakeholder and accreditation bodies. This includes the capture and classification of data serving revenue cycle, data analytics/reporting, patient care and other activities.

3. Implement and oversee workflows, policies and procedures for the EHR system that are reflective of actual operations. -

4. Oversees the ticketing system as it pertains to the EHR. Ensure proper escalation and resolution.

5. Develop and implement EHR training that covers current users, super users, and system administrators. Adjust training materials as needed. -

6. Identifying deficient items/entries within the electronic health record, reporting, and preparing for internal auditing.

7. Processing releases of information, disability requests, subpoenas and court orders, recovering files. - -

8. Assist with preparation and participates in internal auditing procedures. -

9. Other administrative duties as assigned -
